I've had my eye on this dress for my best friend's wedding, but since the wedding is in September and I still want to lose another 15-20lbs, I tried on the smallest available size (UK 8/ US 6 / EU 34) to see how far up I could get the zipper now and if there was a chance it could fit in 3 months. To my utter surprise I…

Nope, no binging at that time - like I said, I was obsessed with how many calories I ate. I ate to a deficit of at least 1000 cal a day. And yes, even on a *kitten* diet it worked like charm for 17 lbs. (SW was 127, I wanted to get to 100) I'm not disputing that CICO works, but it didn't get me to my goal weight. This time…

Might be an unpopular opinion, but for me CICO only works till a certain point. I have a history with disordered eating, so I've spent lots of time counting every single calorie that gets close to my mouth and obsessively tracking my exercises, but whenever I only focused on CICO, I could never get below 110lbs (I'm 5'2)…

Did you measure the rest of you too? Because I've barely lost any inches in my waist or bust/chest area either, but lots from my hips and thighs. I'm 5'2 and recently went from 149 to 120lbs. I'm hoping to see some changes in my waist when I lose the remaining 15lbs...

If your sodium intake is too high, you'll retain a lot of water weight. The first week I switched to low carb, I accidentally went very low cal because I hadn't figured out my macros or recipes yet and I lost 6lbs - mostly water I assume, because along with reducing my carbs to less than 20g a day, I also drastically…

I've been doing keto for about 8 weeks now and have lost nearly 28lbs. I did 2 weeks of under 20g net carbs in the beginning and have since allowed myself up to 30g net carbs daily. It's definitely something I plan to keep on doing once I get to my goal weight. Got a spiralizer and discovered a larger number of amazing…

It will pass. It's something called the keto flu that lots of people go through in the beginning. There are some tips for how to get past it quicker online. Mine luckily hit over the weekend, so I could just wait it out.

Finally could zip up a UK 10 dress again today that only fit me for a few months in 2012. It's been my motivation dress for weeks now and next goal is for it to feel a bit loose.

You've done an amazing job already!

Reviving this thread. 5'2, 31yrs, I'm currently at 121 down from 149lbs and my goal is 102 - 105 at the moment. I was 110 & 20% body fat 5 years ago and still looked pretty chubby (I'm an apple shape) so I want to see what I'd look like another 5-8 lbs less. Currently 23% body fat and I'm aiming for 18%.
