I'm catching up as I haven't posted for a few days... 3rd - 3 yeses. It was a rest day for me but I stayed within my calories and walked quite a bit. Went to a water park and had a lot of fun - surely that counts towards exercise too?! 4th - a pass day. I did my C25k in the morning but the family went to brunch (brunch in…

Exercise - Yes. I did W1D1 of C25k and learnt that it's a LOT harder when you're 3 years older and 3 dress sizes bigger than the last time you ran. Calories - Yes, despite the fact that it was my mum's birthday and I made her a cake, so had to have a slice. Tracking - Yes. Even that slice of red velvet... Super tired now -…

I've signed up to a couple of challenges but it would also be good to find people with similar goals. Feel free to add me.

As someone who was able to stick at around a size 12 with little effort, it's been quite a shock how quickly the weight has piled on since I hit 40 :grimace: I know…

Hi everyone, I'm completely new to this challenge and very glad to have found it. I'm Sarah, a British expat living in Dubai and recently diagnosed with hypertension and cholesterol levels off the charts. I've been on and off MFP for several years with some success, but in the last few years I haven't taken things…

I'm in! This is the perfect challenge to kickstart my weight loss (and also much needed as I'm at my heaviest ever). Will post my start and goal weights on 1st August. Thanks for starting this WilliamVE
