  • I was going to reply before I read your reason for thirst. Will mention it anyways as other people could also be facing this, one can also get abnormally thirsty if there is increase in sugar level.
  • Did 40 mins of jogging in place, burned 300 cal. Was having a emmotionaly low day, so managing even this much was a big deal.
  • I always eat after 2 to 3 hours of waking up. But as my sleeping sheadule is never fixed my breakfast timing keeps changing, though It's never later then 11am.
  • That's not enough to change calorie. Also how much calories are you allowed on MFP right now? Not sure how much min it's for men but for women one shouldn't go down below 1000-1200 calories. So if yours is already on the lower scale the calorie intake would not reduce no matter how much weight you loose.
  • Hi I am 25, F and need to lose 21 kg ( 46.2 lbs approx ) Adding few, and if I miss feel free to add me.
  • Hi I am 25, F. My height is 5'6 and currently my weight is 78 kg ( 171.9 lbs ). Till 2011 I was very thin. People used to ask me to eat food, I had no curves. Then my lifestyle changed and I started having more outside food instead of home cooked, I started gaining weight but as I was extremely thin I liked that weight…
  • I tried this recipe today and I knew I had to come back here to post it, it was delicious. It's an Indian ( NOT spicy ) recipe but I will try my best to list down the ingredients with substitutes : → Chicken 400 - 500 Grams. → fresh mint leaves 1 Cup. → fresh Coriander (also known as cilantro) leaves 1/2 Cup. → Ginger…
  • I would join in, I am presently 78kg (172.2 lbs) and I am aiming for 57kg ( 125 lbs ) by first week of Dec. Started last Monday and already down 1kg :) Do add me, would like to motivate others and get motivated.
  • I completely understand that many a times we are not able to follow a proper routine leading us to unintentionally eating less, even if eating healthy we don't hit the calorie target. While I used to eat junk I could sometimes hit the target in only one sitting of meal, but now with all the veggies and lean meat getting…
  • 1200 is supposed to be the NET calories. I am following a similar routine. I burn around 300-400 cal daily but I try my best to get those calories back in my diet. So that means I try to consume around 1500. I mostly snack on boiled eggs and walnuts. I have also started having pure sugarcane juice which is approx 180…
  • For lunch today I had marinated chicken breast in buttermilk+ olive oil + fresh herbs and salt. It's simple and was tasty But the thing is no matter how many different recipes I try, eating chicken breast continuesly twice everyday makes me feel exactly like your husband "just alright"
  • I use the recipe import a lot, I also log my own recipes. Many times you need to look up for ingredients and serving manually. Other then that I find it very useful.
  • You can try waffles or pancake made with oats. I just throw few instant oats in the mixer and make them into flour. Now use it instead of all purpose flour. Here is recipe for waffles that I personally follow: http://cookieandkate.com/2014/easy-gluten-free-oat-waffles/
  • My husband knows my weight, infact presently it's few kg more then him. He is fit for his height and age it's me who is over weight. As someone mentioned above your SO looks at you naked, when I can't hide those elephant thighs and tummy that looks like a pregnant women then why hide those numbers. I have always been open…
  • Thanks for all the insight So by end of the day I have decided to stick to NET 1200 calories for now Once I increase my workout I would automatically be eating more (e.g. if I start burning 500, I plan to consume 1700 cal) Down the line if I feel uncomfortable with Net 1200 I will think of increasing the net calorie intake…
  • I started using oats flour instead of all purpose flour and rice flour for lots of recipes. Now I have oats waffles and pancakes, I even substitute them in indian dishes like idle and dosa.
  • Surprisingly for now I am not feeling cranky by end of the day. ( this isn't the first time I am giving this a try, the max I have gone is for 20 days or so) This time I am eating lots of veggies and protein and making my food interesting, like by making oats pancakes. But I don't want to risk of ending it again, so as you…
  • Hi nik My aim is to reach training similar to yours, it the first week of workout so I was trying to warm up my body before directly jumping into it. Once I increase the workout intensity I am sure 1200 would not be enough Thanks and all the best for your goal, will update you in a month. With some trial and error maybe I…
  • I was exactly 64 last year, have been pretty bad with my eating past one year. Had been doing extremes, on some days I would only be having one meal and on others I would be hogging food all day ( it wasn't because I was trying to loose weight and then binge, it was just that my lifestyle had changed and I wasn't able to…
