As of today, my streak is 3700, which is over 10 years without missing once. :) Way back then I had 20 lbs. to lose which I did with the help of MFP. Daily posting has definitely helped me keep those pounds off.

As of this morning, 3508. Will hit ten years in September. And yes, this is every single day, I never miss. Guess I'm a bit obsessive about it.

I found this thread very interesting! Had no idea people pre-logged. I always log as I go, even though I eat mostly the same thing every day and usually just copy the day before, or use the 'Meals' tab (because I do have a few alternates). I never log exercise any longer because I didn't see that it made any difference,…

As of today, 3230 days straight! That's 8.8 years, egad. I lost 25 pounds (which was my goal) in the first couple of years, but only because of tracking every single day have I been able to keep those pounds off. <3
