  • @runnerjazz1594 what type of snacks are you taking? I'm trying to eat clean (ish) so going for fruit and nuts. Was really disappointed this morning...20g of hazelnuts are just over 136 cals. I could have had a kit Kat instead haha! If anyone has any good snack ideas please share!
  • I would also love to join. My starting weight is 72.9KG/161lb. Hopefully by 19th June I'll be 68.4KG/151lb! Snacking is my biggest problem...and I've also just given up smoking so this will be a big challenge!
