Definitely in need of motivation! My goal is to lose 17 pounds by the end of the summer and 3 inches around my waist. Well, 5. Ive never counted calories before but i like that it leaves me open to eat foods that really satisfy me. Started biking for exercise! Here's to hoping. Best of luck to you.
