  • If you want to be really precise with it then weigh only the part you eat - without the pit. Usually it weighs very little and apricots/peaches aren't too calorie dense so it doesn't matter much.

  • I avoid regular bread because it has a lot of calories. I'd rather have something fatty/filling than bread. I do eat nettle bread, however, because it's only 24 kcal per piece and has an interesting taste and a lot of fiber.

  • Overly uplifting, approving and congratulating friends can be bad for you just as the disapproving ones can. I don't need a goddamn congratulations for every little thing I do. edit: Just realized it's not specifically a health/fitness thing, but support still is a big part of it, imo.
  • I noticed a big change in energy levels throughout the day ever since I started eating healthier and doing IF. They are very steady and stable all throughout the day and that makes me feel really good.

  • It's all about calories as far as weight control goes. From a weight maintenance standpoint, only calories in and calories out matter. With that being said, you should still try to eat healthy food in order to benefit your health. Exact macros don't matter that much for health AFAIK, though.
