You can delete foods from the "frequent" list. There is a delete option there. I too wish that I could delete "recent" foods. Perhaps in the future this option could be added.

You might not need that much help now. Are you using machines at the gym? Have someone show you how to use them correctly and work out on your own for awhile.

I know it's frustrating to hit a plateau, but you're doing great! 14 pounds lost in 2 months is really good! You could try lower carbs, or mixing up your exercise routine, but don't be discouraged. You've got this!

Why don't you decide to do it for 3 months (eat healthy food in reasonable portions and log it)? If you do that the results (looking and feeling better) will motivate you to keep going. Seeing the fat going away and the muscles getting stronger is pretty gratifying.

Is it possible that there was a lot of salt in your diet? I know that causes me to gain temporarily.
