Have you increased your exercise? If so, you may be building muscle, while still reducing fat... and since muscle weighs more, but takes less space, you still may be shrinking, without it showing on the scale... Have you kept track of your measurements.. you may not actually have 23 pounds left to lose.

Hi! I'm new to this site. I'm not new to trying to lose weight... I live near Pittsburgh, PA. I've lost about 110 lbs, so far, and hit a major plateau, and needed something to give me a jumpstart, and help/support to loose the last 85 lbs.
