I am a little late on here but I am 5'0. Started at 145 in about march and now im 130 with more muscle. Wanting to get down farther of course for my height but it depends more on how I look because I do have the muscle that weighs more.

I am doing what someone above said. About 1g per weight of protein which is about 130g, I think im about 65 or so fat ,and 105g carbs. I am 5'0 and was 145 when I started in March I believe it was. Down to at least 130 and I have gained muscle because I can see it much more defined now.

My tdee is areound 1700 apparently, my BMR is around 1250 according to iifym. I have been doing 1300-1400 a day for the past 2-3 months (except maybe a day here or there).
