It's so quiet here lately! It's day 2 of week 10 of tracking and gym for me. And 3 days back to deficit after PMS. I've had 2 deficit days now, so feel like I actually made it to the other side without binges, but just overeating. It's past midnight, but I will still say happy international women's day to you bad *kitten* ladies that are supporting, inspiring me every day on this thread! It feels like a little tribe or cheer squad :)

Hi! I'm still tracking, still going to gym, but it's PMS week, so been overeating even maintenance every single day. Not beating myself up about it, the other weeks in the month were good.

You just have to lose that extra fat, so caloric deficit is the answer. In addition you can do planks, sit ups, etc., but the key is in fat loss, which sadly can't be from one area only.

To do a push ups without knees on the floor. So far I can do 1 wobbly one. Incorporate burpees in my strength training. To have back muscle definition, that vertical line.

I also have 15lbs to lose (have lost 50+), and currently on 1200kcals +exercise kcals. 1200 or 1500 depends on your activity level, your TDEE, I would calculate that.

Cardio! I do spin classes, which is like dancing on a bike. Or elliptical or running, cause I can really get into the music, do intervals - sprint or put high resistance on chorus, pick up cadence on verses, etc. Cardio seems more creative, but I like body weight and kettle bell weight training as well.

I hit my lowest hip measurement today and bought new earrings, a ton of skin and hair care and ate low kcal ice cream whilst watching the Bachelor. I've got no shame :D I always buy new clothes or things as a celebration Once I hit a new PB I will order myself Gym Shark workout gear.

Morning! Literally had to do a celebration dance - I've lost 1,5cm from my hips and 1cm &1,5cm from my thighs in 2 weeks! I'm at my all time best leg and hip measurements. Don't know what's up with my waist, but that number won't change a millimeter! Hope it catches up , cause there I'm 1cm away from my best. So stoked :)

Talking uni..I'm literally going to gym now to delay doing course work. Haha I love learning things, but doing assignments not so much. Will do 30min elliptical and 15min cycling and a good stretch.

This is such a sad discussion, wish I could give us all a big hug. I think being called fat really messed me up, crushed my body confidence and gave me trust issues, cause now after weight loss, I doubt every compliment or person interested in me.
