I set a goal of doing 100 pound dumbbell presses by years end.

Regretting the cheese manakeesh and Greek salad I ate for lunch. I'm going to pass out from a carb coma.

I only became aware of the Shockmaster after hearing a segment on Opie and Anthony many years ago. A bit obscure.
-
Yes!

The thing that is at the top of my mind as of 10 seconds ago is why does @iMago have the Shockmaster as their profile photo. This is an obscure reference. I must know. Thank you.

And being geeks and nerds we're also socially awkward.

When the old man cat jumps up on my bed in the morning to say hi when I wake up. He's a good boy.

When you wake up on a day with no work and no plans and you can do whatever you want.

I perceive @Keto_Vampire to be a person who takes fitness knowledge very seriously and he also is very dedicated.

My NSV is not my own. My youngest son and I have been lifting every Saturday. He set a goal late last year that he would take his bench press from 135 pound 1rm to 225 pound 1rm by Summer 2019. This past Saturday he lifted 225 pounds. I am proud of his accomplishment and proud that our training together got him to that…

Last night I made a Greek salad with olive tapenade, peppers, cucumbers, feta cheese and chicken thighs.

While at work I have the same thing every morning: I make 3 pancakes and put 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each. I eat one right when I get to work, one at ~8am and one at ~10am. Kind of boring but consistent. I just finished my first.

Its impossible for you to take a bad photo.

Don't be scared. Just put the hard work in. Its simple, but not easy.

I've been in maintenance for a while now. I'm 3 pounds above my maintenance weight. My mini goal is to loose 10 pounds by the time my girl's brother gets married at the end of August. I should do it no problem IF I stick to a plan.

You just know a great pearl of wisdom is following this phrase.

That is a great one to toss your head against a wall.

Hi Becca. You can do this. It will take hard work and a lifestyle change. You'll get fed up and want to quit but don't. Once the changes start and you see results build on that momentum. You'll always slip some times but you're strong enough to get back at it. There's a good supportive community here.

Pretending to work and trolling the forums.

Last night I sauteed onions, garlic, peppers and yellow squash. I combined it with some leftover linguine, olive oil, butter and parm cheese. Not a bad meal.

This is a dream girl right here.

You can definitely achieve your goals if you work hard and be honest with yourself about what you are eating and how you're working out. The community here is very supportive. Work hard!
