I love pilates but do it as an added extra to strength training and cardio. To make pilates more strenuous I suggest using resistance bands but of course you have to workout in the kitchen and get the nutrition right first! Bali, lucky you...

it depends how you lost the initial 20lbs, it needs to be a calorie limit and plan you can stick to for life or you will just feel deprived, binge and regain, re-evaluate your habits and get back on track while it is only 5lb, 0lb loss is fb, 15lbloss is still fab!

actually when your doing the exercise, cardio uses more calories than weights but after you stop you still burning calories this is called the EPOC effect(post exercise oxygen consumption) Weights are particularly good in women to prevent ageing and avoid osteoporosis.

Think its personal choice. Some advise morning workouts when you have more energy and some people find that the endorphin release makes sleeping difficult.
