You can do this. Your health is more important. 1500 doesn't seem like much but I'll tell ya. I'm trying to stay under 1200 a day and some days it's a struggle. But other days I don't even notice. Good luck. Message me for support anytime!!

I I often drink a slimfast for breakfast and have had success in the past with the slimfast diet. It works as long as you follow through with it. Good luck!!!

S I've been doing great this way. Carbs are my enemy because I work mostly at a desk full time and then school when i get out of work I usually dont exercise. I spend that extra time wirh my son. The stuff is gross and expensive and artificial sweetener is horrible for you. Eat some real ice cream and exercise.

Dont only count calories. Watch your fat intake along with making sure you get the right amount of protein fiber and vitamins.
