  • Ryan Reynolds is rediculous, he's a beast. Lean, cut, and bulky. Definitely good inspiration
  • Wore one of those once. First girl i ran into said "eww chest hair" and i never wore it again lol
  • Right? They look goofy as hell. I'm just gonna have to shed off a few more gut inches before those athletic fits arent so tight
  • If you ever want to see a guy trip and fall flat on his face give me a pair of flip flops haha. And I definitely dont have the build for skinny jeans. I feel like i look best in fitted jeans and a sleek, button up shirt. I have a dark emerald button shirt from Hugh Laurie that just fits me perfect. Always looking for a…
  • My favorite pic she sent was "Confused guy on Bicycle" lol
  • They do, but i have a bit of a gut and am self conscious about the tightness around my midriff. I know its lame to complain about the two, lol so i will settle for the bigger sizes until i can run that gut away.
  • I actually really want to do that. Once i hit my target weight/ inches i intend to have some nice shirts made.
  • Haha! Touché.
  • The problem i isually run into are the shirts that "teepee" below the chest. Know what i mean? I have a broad frame and usually have to get plus sizes for mobility in the arms and shoulders but everything droops out inches from my waist lol. Tried tucking shirts in but it looked super goofy

I get called out on this all the time as a faux pas, but sometimes i wear a flex shirt in places other than the gym, but they're really comfortable lol. I have a broad frame…
  • Know a good clothing line? I have a couple Nautica shirts that are nice
  • @Rebecca...That equation helps me put it into perspective. Between daily cardio and heavy lifting i imagine I burn 800-100 calories when working out, if that sounds reasonable.I also have a labor intensive job so you could add "x" amount of calorie burning to that. MFP actually suggests over 3000calories for me to intake…
  • I probably should have specified lol Im a male, 300lbs at 6 foot. I usually give myself 550 calories right after workout but im not sure how much i burn when i work out. Jogging is approx 300 calories but i dont know how to calculate weight lifting. I thought about a nutritionist but i feel like i can conquer it on my own…
  • I am 6'0, 300 lbs, but I have a lot of muscle mass. My post workout calorie intake is usually .5 cups of fat free milk with Whey Protein, a bannana, 2Tbsp of Flax Seed in a smoothie and a handful of granola. Approximately 550 calories within 30 mins of workout
