i feel like a ton of cardio would just set me back. yeah ive been eating a natural trailmix everyday. I also was thinking about a mass gainer shake? mixed with peanut butter and bananas. I heard that can help

yeah I dont have a large appetite, which is where the start of my struggle is. Im literally forcing myself to eat in a surplus.

I went to the doctor not too long ago and they said i am underweight. which i have always been my entire life. just a bit underweight. Adding on muscle would be nice but that would take a year or more. Right now i just want to pack on some pounds, and do some training. Maybe 3 times a week??
