  • Exercise: yes Calories: yes Tracking: yes I was able to do my morning workout, snuck in a short walk at lunch and had to help unload hay wagons in the evening. Haven't done that in 20+ years.   • Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Completed a 30 minute Cardio workout and went for a 30 minute walk Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes--I even was able to fit in a small piece of cheesecake and remained in my budget. Yippee! Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
  • June 4: exercised, stayed within my caloric allowance and tracked my food. Been a gorgeous weekend so have ot more steps in than my typical day.
