Drink water, pee water. I do half my body weight on ozs. 90oz. 4-5 20 oz bottles of water. 4 if I know I've had watery foods or other drinks.

I'm curious of your reasons for the fasting. Not to judge just maybe your reasons add more value to the fast. And define intermittent. How often do you plan to fast? Do you make up the minimum daily calories later in the day? If you don't, you just skip the daily diary entry? I believe in fasting just haven't tried it…
