As previously stated, all supermarkets have a ‘free from’ section for the specific gluten free foods you may want such as bread/pasta etc. Rice is naturally gluten free, just check what it’s mixed with if you buy prepacked/cooked ones. Just found the community option! I’m 45 and working on being the best me I can be, now I’m older and ‘wiser’. Started intermittent fasting 2 weeks ago along with a new strength lifting program.
