When I have eaten the best with respect to portions is when I listened to my body. It really is true. I am an emotional eater, so I do need to find a way to sort that out. Mindful eating is a must for me. That means not working or scrolling as I eat.

I am using an AP called Intent and using a Mediterranean diet mostly keeping my Macros balanced. I am also mixing in 2B Mindset ideas about healthy eating. Water first/Veggies most/Track everything and weigh in. Calories about 1500 ish.
