I usually do stretching before workout to reduce injury . Head roll/neck roll Shoulder roll and shoulder stretch side reach and toe touch

There is a lot of way building your workout routine at home, you want to mix things up, or you're ready lifting weights. I have started reading weight training program from the internet, and good to understand. So for sure you can build one for yourself

Fit bit charge 2 is a very good pedometer watch but if you want to calculate your calories you have to wait for a week to get a accurate result. i use it all the time at first i thought the watch is not accurate but if you use it everyday you will get use to it and will get the accurate result.
