July 15: yes x 3 NSV: put on a pair of pants that were so tight a month ago that it hurt to wear them but now not a tight and not uncomfortable at all.

July 13: pass day #2. had to work a 10hr day and no activity worth noting. under calories and tracked. July 14: yes x 3 walked 60 min on treadmil in the morning and then danced my heart out for over 2hrs at the New Kids On The Block Mixed Tape Tour concert!! It was great!!!

July 11 pass day sore throat most of the day and as the day progressed harder and harder to swallow. so sore right now as I head to bed. had to skip any type of activity today. i was within calories and tracked all food. disappointed I had to use a pass day today as I was saving them for when I go to Fort Lauderdale this…

i am egg intolerant so I dont eat eggs all that often, but I think anything in moderation is ok.

July 10: yes x 3 60 minutes on the elliptical while watching Guys Grocery Games on Food Network

July 9: yes x 3 was so busy at work today didnt even have time to eat my lunch. Was starving when i got home so I ate the soup i had brought for lunch and a sandwich on whole seed bread. under calories by a wide margin today. did jumping jacks and an abdominal workout today.

July 8: yes x 3 didnt get home til after 9pm from work and hadn't done my 20 min if activity so I did some jacking jacks, squats, lunges and some other random exercises to make sure I didn't have to take a pass day. July 7. yes x 3: exercise rest day so did laundry, house cleaning and meal prep for the week. read a book til 11am so that was my fun thing today. @goldthistime good job paddleboarding! @w8goal4life glad u had fun at the wedding. i love getting dressed up once on awhile

July 6 yes x3 45min steel mace workout followed by 35min stationary bike. never attempted steel mace before. I found it interesting and challenging. It's a new class at my gym on Saturday mornings. We shall see how it goes next week.

@dancefloortragedy i believe any type of physical activity is acceptable. I dont always have time to do what would be considered typical exercise but definitely count cleaning around the house, yard work, playing in the pool, etc. Anything where you are not just sitting around.

July 3: yes x 3 getting 20min of activity was a challenge today but managed to squeak in several walks around my office throughout the day and did some squats at home.

7/2 yes x 3 only had 21 calories to spare, but at least it was under...lol

Day 1: yes x 3 I forgot how hard this challenge actually is. Almost had to take a pass day but I persevered and walked on the treadmill at the gym while watching Beat Shazam. Time goes by much faster when watching a game show...lol!

arms: completed through day 12 hourglass: all caught up. for those doing the arm challenge: has anyone increased the amount of weight from what they started with? i find the increased reps quite challenging with the amount of weight i have been using so i have upped my lbs. just checking in to get some feedback.
