  • Looking for suggestions for high protein low calorie low carb snack foods...anyone? Just as a side note, I'm allergic to all tree nuts, oats, soybeans and fresh fruit with skins (i.e apples, peaches, etc ) and I also have a stomach intolerance to eggs and bananas. I know...crazy!

  • @jcgator2016 hope Hurricane Dorian doesn't hit you too hard. The southwest coast of FL was preparing as well just in case Dorian decided to come more west. Having survived Hurricane Irma in SW FL 2 yrs ago I know what you are going through. My prayers for your and everyone's continued safety.
  • Sept. 2: yes x 3 no formal exercise but stayed busy all day grocery shopping, cleaning the house and doing meal prep for the wk. If it wasnt for this group I would be over on calories today. I didnt want to take a pass day so I drank extra water and the hungry feeling passed.

  • Aug 28 yes x 3 jogging/walking on treadmill. slowly building up to longer periods of jogging intermittent with walking. today training program: 10 min warm-up then 6min jogging, 3 min walking. repeat 4 times.
  • Aug 27: yes x 3 another long work day today but did a 25min workout at home at 10pm, thanks to UAC! trying to finish the month strong with no more pass days.
  • @hansep0012 i rarely eat back any exercise calories. I never rely on the MFP calories burned for exercises. I use a heart rate monitor to get a more accurate calories burned amount. Granted nothing is perfect.

  • Aug 22: yes x 3 Elliptical, arm challenge, abs and 20min on stationary bike @jan110144 the scale is sometimes not our friend and on those days I just "unfriend" it...lol! Once I finish this 5k I'll have to set a new goal to work towards.
