Hi there no winner's circle for me either but high hopes for next month. I made a great start to the month and am finishing well - both today and yesterday have been successful 3x yes days. I went on holiday for two weeks mid month and it all went by the wayside - having all my food prepped and served by someone else. no cooking facilities of my own. lots of 'celebration' meals. etc. i have been able to get back to it though easily enough. I wish everyone well x8

Busy day, today. Lots of exercise (riding + 1:20 in the gym + errand running and a bit of housework.) Well under on calories for the day. I hope I can sustain this in Sept!9

Planning to be in the Winners’circle. It gets to a certain time in the month and it just seems easier to just go for it.

I ate smart, but went over alittle.so Its a pass day. Wasnt able to get enough exersize in to count. I did do logging

I won't be in the winner's circle for the first since I've joined UAC. It's painful, but life happens sometimes and with my husband's family's issues and helping a dear friend who is battling terminal cancer, it's just been too much this month. I'm not going anywhere though and I'm still in the game as far as logging my food and exercising when I'm able. Congratulations to all those who make the WC this month!!10 -

jogging/walking on treadmill. slowly building up to longer periods of jogging intermittent with walking. today training program: 10 min warm-up then 6min jogging, 3 min walking. repeat 4 times.6 -

Calories no. Went way over today even though I ate all homemade meals. My downfall was I made homemade bacon last week. We cooked the last of it for dinner tonight along with homemade pancakes. Had 3 slices of bacon should have only had one but it was delicious. Did get some fruits and vegetables in for breakfast and lunch.5 -
