Pass. Son had his second round of immunisations and was feeling sorry for himself. Later my daughter's cough/breathing got worse and had to fight to get her an appointment with doctor who gave antibiotics for chest infection. Over by 94 calories and no real exercise and I'm going to bed. Ah well. These days happen. Tomorrow will be better xx13

Yes x3 today. Good day! Had a spa day with the works, including a great massage that hit all my sore areas. Ended the day with a 45 minute walk at the local park. Wasn't starving today didn't even eat dinner.10

next several days might be challenging to achieve 3 yesses as we prepare for Hurricane Dorian. I'm not on the east coast of FL but I do live in Southwest FL and its supposed to be here Mon night into Tues. After we got nailed with Hurricane Irma 2 yrs ago, we are preparing for anything.10 -
