next several days might be challenging to achieve 3 yesses as we prepare for Hurricane Dorian. I'm not on the east coast of FL but I do live in Southwest FL and its supposed to be here Mon night into Tues. After we got nailed with Hurricane Irma 2 yrs ago, we are preparing for anything.10 -

Exercise included an early morning walk and PT for my left shoulder.
While I will not make the WC for August, I went back and tallied my Successes / Pass days: 26/4, very close to making the WC and my best month yet! Super stoked!6 -
