    Under today. Canned chicken with wild rice soup is amazing-- 220 cal and quite filling, so makes a great dinner when adding a side. :)

    Exercise : Yes. Skipped the Yoga class because I'd woken up snotty and sneezy and my knee hurt, but went for a walk later to a little gallery, more than an hour.

    Lost a kilo since last week.

    Calories?: Yes. My maintenance break is over and I’m back to lower calorie goals. I’ve decided to be less aggressive in my goals and I’ll see how that works out for me.
