Exercise - did some hill repeats in hard body trail runner territory. Gut passed by a couple of trail runners. I hate that but I guess it is only natural. It ain't like I am a spring chicken.
There were these guys up there, artists, I think they call themselves plein air. I think that is how you spell it. They set up their easels and stand outside and paint what they are looking out. You probably heard of it. Good of reason as any to go outside and hang out. That is what I say.
