    Still not quite back to 100%, but at least felt like exercising today.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 73 minute trail walk in the afternoon, then 90 minutes strength training this evening.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Sept. 17: yes x 3
    just barely under calories...a panera chocolate chip cookie was too hard to resist...only ate 1/2
    challenge: 24 burpees, 30sec plank x 2, 8 squats, 8 push ups
    ab challenge: 20 reverse crunches x 4 sets
    inner thigh challenge and upper body strength training
