    Pass day 1

    Meeting ran over so I lost my exercise time and ended up going over budget on calories (despite passing on a delicious looking cookie) but I still logged all my food and drink, and that is a win!

    exercise: no. developed a migraine while at work and couldn't fight through to even do a walk.
