I am off track today. I had a beer and a miniature. Got really lethargic on tracking. I didn't really go off the deep end eating but the object is measure food meticulously. Didn't do that.
Got some exercise though. 1,500 of climb. So I am on track for a good climbing month.
I am kind of worried about my right knee though. I think I might lower the expectations I have for climb. Them knees are going to wear out in this lifetime. I got to pace it so that pans out just right though.1 -

Mandatory evacuation tomorrow as Dorian nears. Even though Dorian has gone down to a Cat 2 from a 5, still a dangerous hurricane with heavy rain and winds. I live in Charleston, SC, we are expecting full brunt from the storm.
