    I am off track today. I had a beer and a miniature. Got really lethargic on tracking. I didn't really go off the deep end eating but the object is measure food meticulously. Didn't do that.

    Got some exercise though. 1,500 of climb. So I am on track for a good climbing month.
    I am kind of worried about my right knee though. I think I might lower the expectations I have for climb. Them knees are going to wear out in this lifetime. I got to pace it so that pans out just right though.

    Exercise: Plenty from filling sandbags, boarding houses, preparing for hurricane

    Mandatory evacuation tomorrow as Dorian nears. Even though Dorian has gone down to a Cat 2 from a 5, still a dangerous hurricane with heavy rain and winds. I live in Charleston, SC, we are expecting full brunt from the storm.

    Exercise today was PT for my shoulder and then to the gym for 30 minutes of treadmill work at a higher pace.
