  • Aug 6: yes x 3: only 6 calories under but I'll take it! Arm challenge day 3, ab workout, 2,000M row and 50min elliptical. I'm trying to kick my refined sugar habit. Until you try to reduce the amount you intake on a daily basis you dont realize how much sugar one eats in a day.

  • i take the 20 minutes to mean any activity that u are not sedentary. Whether it be all at once or split up during the day. for example: 10 minutes of walking in the morning and 10 minutes in the afternoon.   • I was a member of UAC in the summer of 2017 and it made all the difference in my weight loss journey. Life got in the way after that and I stopped using MFP. I started again in July of this year and immediately looked for UAC. I strive to make it to the winners circle in August!
  • congrats to all in the winners circle...not an easy task for sure! I did this challenge two years ago for the summer months and made it to the circle once. I'm hoping to make it there again in Aug. July 31. over in calories by 125...darn!

  • July 24 & 25: pass days 4 & 5 two unexpected 12hr work days just left me so exhausted I couldn't find the energy to get even 20 minutes of activity which I would consider enough for this challenge. Was so close to the WC. Will try again in Aug. for sure and will keep logging in for the rest if July.

  • July 21: yes x 3 cleaning the house today and meal prep for lunches this week. I'm usually only under calories by a very slim margin but today had a hundred to spare.

  • July 17: yes x 3 we had a catered lunch of sandwiches and salad at work today. I had to estimate calories but used the options on Fitness Pal to average what it could be. I usually overestimate but I am still under even using the higher calorie count. Elliptical for 60 minutes at the gym while watching Press Your Luck
