    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 20 minute treadmill walk + 27 minutes of strength this morning. My legs are still sore from my race yesterday, but exercising helps alleviate it, so I sucked it up and got it done.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    @RangerRickL -- awesome photo! You post as many pics as you want -- the 14-year-old horse-crazy girl inside of me loves all the horse pictures!
