Happy Monday to you!!
Yesterday, my granddaughter, Lucy. 14 years, and I rode together through our woods here on the farm. I am a very happy grandfather!

Exercise: Yes! Found a Fitness Centre, 5 minutes walk from my house, where you can do unlimited classes: Yoga, Pilates, Stretching, Zumba etc. for 140 euros a year, about 125 US$. I did a 30 minute Bums and Tums class, and I walked another 30 minutes.
Calories: Yes. Didn't use my extra exercise calories. Still have my bowl of watermelon chunks to munch through while I watch a film tonight.
Tracked my intake: Yes.
Museums are closed on Mondays, no concerts or theatre yet, so the film has to be my cultural food for today.11 -

A 5km walk on the beach, half of it against the wind and tracked calories as best as I could. Happy that my consumption was within my limits for the day and looking forward to an early morning run on the beach before a day of herpetological talks.

hello! 3xyes again today. ate 7 chocolate biscuits today - at 83 each. managed to stay under my limit but still that kind of eating doesn't feel good. don't enjoy them - really need to try an Apple! got some in the fridge - setting an Apple goal for tomorrow! best wishes all.11

Yes, indeed! Checks for all three today. I even made the Ys' 6 AM barre class. SkinnyTaste (no affiliation to me) is my new favorite recipe website - tonight I had the best peach arugula salad recipe. Yum. I added some salmon. Super easy. Even hubby likes it. I have two more ripe peaches. I wish I could share! @LeeH31 - great horse5

Yes x 3. A couple very challenging hours cycling in the woods today. Amusingly @RangerRickL one of the little challenges was steering around the piles of poop on the trails . A few piles were definitely horses, I have no idea what animals gifted us with the others. After I found myself airborne from hitting a tree root I started getting off and walking my bike through anything that looked dangerous. I don’t cycle on the roads much because I’m looking to extend my life with exercise, not shorten it with an accident. Ditto for parts of this trail. But it was exciting for sure. Found the energy for a long walk in the afternoon and weight machines at the resort’s gym in the evening. I’m wonderfully exhausted.8

Checking in for yesterday and today. Yes x 3 for both days. Doing low impact activity this week got my hair done on Sunday and want it to last at least a week so no JM Body shred. Sticking with walking and body weight exercises.6
