Not the healthiest but I've been doing Cheerios with almond milk. 2 cups Cheerios, 200 cal. 1 cup, Silk Almond Milk Light, 40 cal. 1 tsp, Honey, 21 cal. 1 cup coffee 1 Tbsp, Sugar Free Hazelnut Coffee Creamer, 30 cal. =276 cal. Today I added half a banana, sliced=53 cal.

I am having a similar problem. I started working out three weeks ago. I usually start around 7:30 PM. I'm hoping my body adjusts to it. I took a sleeping pill a couple of times but that's not the answer.
