Girl, last night I did the same thing. I was down to 15 minutes and didn't hit 1000 cals, so I went for a spoon of Peanut Butter - low carb, high fat and moderate protein.

When I eat my carbs, it tends to be lunch time (here's yesterday) with my fruits & veggies being my main carb source. Eggs came straight from my hens out back and a protein shake tends to get me through the work day. Dinner tends to be higher fat and protein, lower carb. Last night I made cauliflow mac n' cheese :)

I'm 5'5" and started at 345. I just "started again" on June 4th at 279. I'm 272 at the moment :D Right there with ya, girl. Also looking for motivation buddies if anyone is interested!

You and I are in the same boat! I started at 345, lost 65lbs, and then plateaued while I was pregnant with my daughter. I just started last week at 278.8 and would love someone to help stay motivated.
