  • It's not really any different. The meal plans are a calorie deficit, they just tell you what to eat for each meal instead of having you plan your own, and they give you a set of exorcises to do each day. I like the meal plans because it's done for me, here's what I'm eating and here's the convenient shopping list for it.
  • They do 28 day 'challenges' mostly through posting to instagram. Intermission week is the time between them, they'll post a week of workouts or what not for in between. You honestly at this point don't need to buy the ebooks, I'm sure you can get most of the information on instagram or youtube. I think they're are 4/5…
  • They will usually post an intermission week, then it starts over, or you move on to the next level up book.
