I'm not a daily coffee drinker, but sometimes I gotta have it! I use Splenda most of the time. When I want sugar, I use one tsp. of Sugar in the Raw. I find that sweeter than white sugar. I like Califa''s non dairy creamer. I absolutely love half and half, but I'll go overboard and it really doesn't love me!

I haven't done Keto, but did IF for a while. The problem for me is getting in the calories. I would eat at 12, lunch around 4. Then, I wasn't hungry to eat my last meat. This wasn't healthy. You can still be in your calorie goal and be unhealthy. It's not just about losing weight, it's about being healthy. Skinny people have diabetes, high cholesterol, etc. Make your goal eating healthy. Get your blood tested every 3 months, if possible. That'll tell the story as well as checking your fat mass, muscle, etc.…

I have a Fitbit Charge. It helps me alot. Knowing my steps and bpm are important to me. It sync's with MFP. It really helps to keep me motivated. If I haven't gotten my work out or steps, I go and get it done!
