Oh wow, yea thank you very much! I was on a pretty good 50 day streak of logging everything. when I hit my wall I just stopped. Thank you! and I do have a food scale so I will start using it more often.

I am just tracking 1 apple or like 1 medium banana. should I weight them? is that more accurate? I do weigh my food though. like my meats I weigh.

you look amazing! how often do you go to the gym? and what is your calorie intake? I started in January too but I haven't gotten results like yours!

that's a great Idea! I am going to start doing measurements instead of weighing myself so much! my weight keeps going up and down so I get really down. but pictures have been helping me out! thank you.

MEATLOAF!!! I LOVE making meatloaf with ground turkey. I add some spinach, any color bell pepper, garlic, onions and an egg. some Panko and bbq sauce. throw that sucker in the oven for 40mins. BEST meatloaf ever!!!!!!!

no this is terrible. I tried it once, the apple cider is so awful and hard to keep it down. I couldn't even smell it without gagging.

they sell an oatmeal at the smiths grocery store in my town and its called Oats & fiber it comes in like a black box, they have 2 flavors cinnamon roll and maple brown, they are 100 calories for the packed. I throw them in a mason jar with a handful of blueberries and water. it is SUPER yummy! no milk needed.

Yes, I am here to lose my baby weight and some for sure! I need to lose about 30 pounds.. and it sure is a struggle, but logging on everyday and counting the calories has really helped!!

I actually go alone, My hubby claims he wants to go but never does. but I'm ok with going alone ,I motivate myself better if I'm alone. I exclusively breastfed my little man too! I was able to drop about 40 lbs doing that, but I gained 10 pounds once I stopped. so now im stuck in the 160's
