I wear a fitbit. I'm doing hiit on my indoor bike. When I push all out, and I mean my body just either stops or I'm lightheaded and dizzy I've reached a high of 178. I'm 50, so the old rule would tell me 170 is my max.

I take medicine before bed that needs to be 2 hours after I eat. I try and stop around 7 for the night though I generally go to bed around 11.

I use the peloton app and use a spin bike. I do a 30 minute hiit 3 days a week, but it's a 10 minute warm up, 5 minute cool down - 8 bursts for 30 seconds.
