I really still don't understand what a keto diet consists of, I tried to do some research and all I really found out is that it was used for treatment for epilepsy. I feel like there's some secret that I'm missing out on here.

My anxiety is way too bad to go to a gym, I've never been comfortable working out or really doing anything in front of other people. I have a weight set and a treadmill. I want to get a stationary bike or an elliptical and start building a real home gym.

I just cut soda out of my diet and it was easier than I thought because I weaned myself off of it slowly. I used to drink about 3 Monster energy drinks a day and maybe 60oz of soda on top of that. I absolutely know how you feel. It's like lowkey body dysmorphic disorder, where you can only see yourself in a certain way with fatal flaws. When I see pictures of myself I sometimes don't recognize who it is, because when I look in the mirror I always see that same fat girl I was in high school.

My birthday is tomorrow and my mom made me a peanut butter mousse pie. Who could say no to that?!

I always log my coffee first thing in the morning but I try not to sweat the small stuff. The calories you get from gum and things like that are usually burned by exercises you wouldnt log either so it cancels out in the end.
