I've been struggling with the same thing and just recently decided to talk to my doctor. She started me on meds for anxiety/depression and this is my first week trying them out. I had always hoped it wouldn't get that bad but there comes a point when you know you have to reach out for help.

I make candles every year for everyone in my family, it's cheap and who doesn't love a nice candle? My family is too big to buy everyone a big gift, and nowadays when people want something they buy it online pretty much immediately.

When I meal plan I like something that's easy and I can make a lot of on sunday. I usually go with rice, some kind of protein, and a vegetable. My go to right now is a chicken burrito bowl I would definitely recommend, look it up on Tasty on youtube if you're interested!

I think it's a good motivational tool even if it is a little off. This app is about a lifestyle change so that number is based off the fact that you're either staying the same or getting better with your food/exercise habits every day.

The Body Shop's tea tree line has improved my skin quite a bit. I've been using the face wash and toner for a few weeks and I've definitely noticed a difference.

I've found out quite recently that the stomach problems I've been dealing with for months may be the result of gluten intolerance/celiac disease. Following to see if anyone has any advice!

We have a water cooler at the office of course and I've found a plastic tumbler to be the best choice for me. Something about a straw always makes me drink way faster and way more.

For my 12th birthday my mom bought me an exercise ball. It still stings to this day. Make better choices yourself and your children will follow. If you make it known to her that changes are being made on her behalf it will effect her more mentally than physically.

When I was a kid I had an old ghost lady that lived in my closet. She would sometimes come out and watch tv with me. The rest of em are jerks but she was pretty cool.

I don't really consider anything a cheat if I fit it in my calories, but I am getting Chinese takeout for lunch at work today and I feel a little cheeky about it. :p

Meal prep is the only way I can keep myself in line! I've found if I have a plan for every day and know how many calories I have planned out I'm much less likely to snack.

Now that it's getting cold it's time for jeggings and boots! My mini goal is to fit into my 12/14 jeggings that I was already bursting out of last season.

Cheese is my weaknessss, I could sit and eat a whole block by myself. But I would agree with what he said, when I plan meals that I look forward to and plan my calories out for the day I don't find myself thinking about snacking in between.

I plan most of my meals so I put anything that falls outside of that plan into snacks. Those are calories I didn't plan for but I have to be able to track them and make them work anyway.

Isn't that like the crap the kardashians were trying to sell for awhile? That probably says enough about the integrity of the product right there. They're all about shortcuts.

Spaghetti squash is my favorite. The texture is really the only thing to get used to but after you get past that you can make it taste like pretty much anything. When it comes to anything close to zoodles, I go the lazy way too and just slice my veggies lengthwise or use a mandolin.
