Hi, I'm Jim and I need to lose weight and get healthier. I'm 55 and I just had both my knees replaced this Summer. I've struggled with weight my whole life and I've been successful at losing a lot and then gaining it all back. Most recently, I lost 160 lbs with WW 5 years ago. As my knees deteriorated, I gained a lot of that back. Now I don't have the excuse of bad knees and I've got to get back in gear or I'm not going to live to see retirement.

Today is day one....again! I appreciate any and all support. I've found that doing this with friends has always helped and I hope I can add some friends beginning with this post.

    I'm 57 and have taken charge of my life and my health after many years of yo-yo dieting. Unless you want to hold out for reincarnation, we only have one life and now is the time to live it! It's never too late!
