Friends and motivation sounds good. I am a 39 year old yoyo dieting woman. Living with my husband, my kids, the grumpy old cat and the puppy who loves the cat. I have been on and of MFP since 2014. This round has been going since February. With a slump during summer where I gained 2 kgs.
