I'm an introvert & totally agree. I don't like having overbearing support, but having someone consistently there to let me know that I'm doing great or a word of encouragement is always nice--especially on the tougher days. I have a job interview Thursday & I'm super nervous. It's not even a first-choice job but if I do happen to snag it, it'll change my financial life for the better.

I also have PCOS! I lost 70 pounds initially but fell waaaay off track. I'm trying to lose about 50 to start, & I'm dabbling in keto in hopes that it works for me. Anyone is welcome to add!

I had a boss that would periodically go on a cabbage diet, where she's eat nothing but cabbage prepared in different ways. It would also make her pass gas in the office. >_>

I'm also trying keto and need to lose 50+ lbs! Have you gotten over the carb flu hump yet? It's the worst for me. Neverending headache and the worst fatigue! I'd like to also have support while going through this journey--we can do it! :smile:

I still struggle with this, but I find that when I eat foods with protein, I feel more satisfied and I'm less likely to binge on anything else. It's not a perfect strategy since I do tend to slip once or twice a month, but I've noticed a drastic difference.
