I've found my physique responds even better than ever before. Only thing i will say we do become more prone to little niggles and injuries into our 40's but just listen to your body and you'll be fine.43 years young and still kicking *kitten*! Best of Luck Fit Mom x

As long as your daily macros are on point i wouldn't worry to much about the odd so called crappy food choices. Everything in moderation, crap food choices here and there will do your progress no harm at all #FACT

Go for 2 30g scoops of protein powder twice a day one 1st thing in the morning and the other post workout. Try adding some peanut butter & avocados into diet and you'll have no worries hitting your daily macros.

I've tried a lot of the supplemented pre workouts but in all fairness a good dose of coffee pre workout and a BCAA drink during your workout, cannot go wrong.

I'm currently walking around 4km on my lunch break which roughly burns up about 230 calories, great way to add an extra bit if cardio in without kicking your *kitten* to hard
