Thanks for the advice. I don't have any weights, could I build muscle using body weight exercises?

How do people fast? I tried to once but by noon I was terribly hungry and felt weak and shakey and had to eat something.

Everyone has them, I'm borderline underweight (and always have been) and I still have stretch marks.

Try Quorn products, for example, a quorn "chicken" fillet is 45 calories and has 6 g of protein, 2.4 g of carbohydrate and 0.8 g of fat. They also do sausages, mince, "chicken" nuggets and southern fried "chicken" bites which are all really tasty.

Don't be afraid to shop at budget supermarkets like aldi. I find their super six fruit and veg a really great way to eat fresh fruit veg at low prices and they mix it up every week or so so you variety as well.

I'm going to a four day long music festival next week and I'm bringing a carrier bag of food. It's mostly pot noodles and pot noodle type things where you just add boiling water and wait. But I've also got a tin of baked beans, some cereal bars, nuts, fruit pots, apples and some dairylee dunkers.

I don't eat meat (but I do eat fish occasionally) so most of my meals are vegetarian. I'm a student as well so I can't splash out on anything too fancy: nearly all my food comes from Aldi and most of my vegetables are from frozen.
