  • Thank you Pat I have weights and everything here but trust me just half an hour treadmill becomes so difficult sometimes taking care of baby needs. I will definitely look for the books though!
  • Something that will help get my stomach to where it was before the baby. So I would say strengthening my core. Since last week I have been doing treadmill for half an hour daily and go out for a 45 min walk with the baby.
