@Shanaber- Love Hobbes! <3 He is so photogenic! Congrats to you both! @rheddmobile - The age group award is cool! Great job!

@rusgolden Congratulation on the PR! You'll break 1:50 soon. You are so close!
-
Wow, awesome race report @7lenny7! Great pictures, and Kody looked like he had a lot of fun too.

12 miles seems to be my wall lately. Was feeling good for the 1st 7, but all of a sudden my legs felt like lead. Not sure what is going on. It was slightly warmer today (43F), but drizzling the whole time. I used hand warmers this time, and only one finger white. So progress ;) Welcome all you new folks!

@quilteryoyo very sorry for your loss!
-
Thanks @lporter229. I will keep that in mind.

Wasn't carrying anything. Had warm lined gloves. Didn't really happen until I got inside. I think it is caused by a sudden change in temperature. Yes, I knew I have Raynaud's. Sometimes it is worse than others.

Pretty cold (for me) 37F with 12 mph wind. The run itself was good, after having to endure that indoor 'running' torture yesterday. But when I got home at 6pm, all fingers on both hands were completely white. It wasn't until 7:30pm that I got color and feeling back. Came a lot closer to goal than I thought. Pics of hands…

Missed goal last month, so probably should up it a little this month :p I'm in for 100 miles!

@amymoreorless sorry about the NYC lottery. @shanaber thanks for setting up the March Challenge! Crap weather forced me to do some 'treadmill' running. Don't really have access to treadmill, so I used an exercise trampoline and ran in place for almost an hour! :s :( That has to be worse than a dreadmill, right? See you all…

Was going to go out and do an easy effort 8 miles. First few miles felt nice and comfortable. Noticed pace was quite a bit faster than my usual easy run. So slowed down for the next few, then pushed it a little on the last mile to break 9 min/mi. Still felt good, and HR only 129.

Brave girl @avidkeo!

Great race series @rheddmobile! And congrats on the AG place! That is tremendous!
-
@zeesparrow congrats on the 10K PR! Really good progress. @kristinegift awesome getting in a 20 miler, especially during a 60 mile week! You deserve a good rest now.
-
@martaindale WTG on the 10K PR!
-
@MobyCarp congrats on the 1st place AG win! You are a beast! 12 miles this afternoon. Was on pace to do an easy sub 2hr HM, but I guess fighting the 22 mph (gusting to 40 mph) wind did me in. Felt mostly easy, but uphill against the wind just was brutal. But being just 4 weeks since the marathon, and having been sick…

6.2 miles tonight. Feels like I haven't run in a month, but it has really only been 6 days. Just tried to go easy after coming off being sick. Wasn't that bad. HR only 119, at just :20 sec/mi over marathon pace. Just like @RunsOnEspresso, this month has been terrible for running with vacation and being sick. So not going…

@kristinegift Love Love Love that picture! You WILL win!

Huge hugs going out to all of you brave and courageous people fighting depression/anxiety/mental health issues. My daughter has major anxiety issues and almost cost her college career. But she fought through it, and with some trial and error, got on some good meds. After a couple years, she met someone and is slowly took…

@debrakgoogins nice 10K PR! That map looks like a boot! @Lazy_Bones_1985 super job on the 15K! I do the Peachtree Classic 15K every year just south of Atlanta. That is a fun distance. As for going all out at the end, maybe more racing will get you in the mindset. @eleanorhawkins glad you got to race again. Nice pace!…
-
@Avidkeo Well done, glad you had fun!
-
Good luck @Avidkeo, and anyone else racing this weekend!

Debated going running tonight, being Valentine's day and all. Asked the wife if it would be ok. She said to spend time with the one you love.... So 6.4 miles tonight 😁 It was flipping HOT (80F in the middle of February)! But was nice and relaxing. Felt good. Now to go face the music 🤐
-
Nice easy 6.4 miles this evening. HR averaged only 118, and pace was not bad. Great weather. Love Texas winter running 😍.
-
@garygse and @rheddmobile great race reports! Welcome @SCoil123.
-
Congratulations @marisap2010 on your 1st place AG and a monster PR!
-
Wow, @garygse what an amazing race. It is so inspiring to see someone manage a race that well, that consistent, and that fast! Textbook! Congratulations sir! Congrats on the PR, @greyparks206! @mobycarp you ran another amazing race. I just don't know how you can keep doing that at such a high level! You are so inspiring!…

Been skimming posts while out in FL, but no running :s Too much family time, but I guess that is healthier. Looks like I am missing all the cold weather back in Dallas, so I guess that's a plus. Good luck tomorrow @garygse and all others racing this weekend!

Wasn't feeling good all day, and when I saw it was almost 80F, I almost didn't go out. But decided since it was going to be the last run this week (in Texas), and mother nature seemed like she was getting me ready for Florida, I may as well do a slow run. Turns out I forgot 80F in February isn't the same as 80F in July.…
