Just stay focused on the end goal and flexible in between. Pro-tip, if you ever have a day where you over eat. Don't feel like all hope is lost, it happens to everyone. I add water as I cook it to keep it juicy, but the key for me is to do the same as it's microwaving. Of course shredding it after you cook it is easier.

Awesome, just slowly chip away at your goals. I've been up and down, especially the past few years. For me, starting over is embracing the journey. Now I keep the end goal in my thoughts but maintain flexibility as life happens. You'll do great!
